No Warranty

The information and materials contained in the Web site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, any warranty of accuracy, adequacy or completeness of the information and materials, title, non-infringement of third party rights, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from computer virus.

Security Procedures

We require you to choose a secure password at the time of enrollment to the service. It is your responsibility to choose an appropriate password that you can remember and no one else could guess. It is your responsibility to keep this password safe and not to let it become known to others. We reserve the right to implement a number of security questions that you provide answers to. At any given time we may require these security questions be answered correctly. We reserve the right to deny access to your account in the circumstance that you know your log in and password but fail to properly answer these security questions. In the event that you forget your password, you will need to use the password reset system or call support to get a new password. In an effort to prevent unauthorized access to your account we implement an account lockout policy. After a number of failed log in attempts to your account we will lock access to the account for a given period of time. While [company] complies with legal requirements in keeping your information safe and secure you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own information such as email accounts, passwords etc. If we have reason to believe your account has been compromised we reserve the right to prevent further access to the account.
